TAT Policy
Our current turnaround time will always be listed in the banner at the top of the webpage. We also provide updates weekly in our Facebook Group.
Your TAT starts the day after you place the order. If you place an order on Monday and TAT is 3 business days, your order will ship on or before Thursday. Weekends and Federal holidays do not count towards TAT.
If you purchase overnight shipping at checkout, it does NOT mean your order will ship out that day. It means that once your order has been printed it will ship overnight or which ever option you selected. Your TAT is still 1 to 3 days, even if you purchase overnight shipping.
Artwork Policy
All images submitted for print, must be 300 DPI and have a transparent background. We are NOT responsible for artwork that is submitted for print that does not meet these standards. Low resolution artwork will print blurry and pixilated.
We will only offer a reprint if the print mistake was on our end.
Copyright Information:
By submitting your artwork, you are certifying you are the designer of this artwork OR have the legal right to produce a print of this artwork by a third party printer. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are authorizing the printing of this artwork within the designers terms and conditions.
COLOR INFORMATION: Please note, DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes. Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing. Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen. Please be mindful, not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format. Our printer is corrected for the inks and film we use. It is typically very close to what you order.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: It is highly recommended you include in your care instructions the customer should not use fabric softener. Fabric softener is hard on all transfers, but especially DTF prints. Additionally, please refrain from detergents with Oxy or aggressive stain fighters.
Refunds
We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on transfers. We are not responsible for incorrect pressing. You MUST use heavy pressure on a commercial grade heat press.
All sales are final! If there is an issue with the way your transfer was printed, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Shipping Policy
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
